Our Boxing gloves come in standard weight sizes 12oz & 16oz and our MMA Gloves come in 7oz & 4oz. For sparring we recommend 16oz in Boxing Gloves and 7oz in MMA Gloves, while 12oz are ideal for pad work and bag training.
